With Halloween just around the corner, many of you are probably looking to make some plans. Will you be taking the kids trick-or-treating around the neighborhood? Or would you rather check out an organized trick-or-treating event? In an effort to help you out, we have compiled some of the Halloween 2018 trick-or-treat events happening around Buda, Kyle, and San Marcos as well as the greater Austin area.
When: Saturday, October 27, 2018
Where: Downtown Buda
Each year on the Saturday before Halloween, local businesses and organizations gather in downtown Buda to hand out candy and treats to the kids at Boo-da Halloween. You can expect entertainment for all ages as well as stories, crafts, and games at the Buda Public Library.
Downtown Trick or Treat
When: Saturday, October 27, 2018 – 12-3pm
Where: Downtown San Marcos
Kids of all ages (and their families) are invited to join the fun at Downtown Trick or Treat in downtown San Marcos, where there will be trick-or-treating at local shops, games, and entertainment for the entire family. You can also take a walk through Spooky Alley and experience a few frights.
Center Street Trick-or-Treat
When: Saturday, October 27, 2018 – 1-4pm
Where: Mary Kyle Hartson City Square Park | Kyle, TX
On Saturday, October 27 from 1 to 4pm, be sure to stop by City Square Park in Kyle for the Center Street Trick-or-Treat. Local businesses will have tents and tables set up for kids to go trick-or-treating. There will also be a costume contest and pumpkin decorating contest during the afternoon.
Halloween Events happening in Austin
