I spy with my little eye, a road trip! Are you and your family planning any fun road trips this summer? Summer vacation is the perfect time to take some time as a family and find a destination that is worth it. But what about all of the time spent in the car? If your kids tend to get bored or impatient when it comes to traveling, there are plenty of games that you can play to pass the time. Keep reading below for a few options to try out!
Fun Kid’s Games to Play in the Car
- 20 Questions – This guessing game can be played by as many people as you want and can be as difficult as you make it. Choose a specific person, place, thing or idea to increase the difficulty level. Have one person pick out the person, place, thing or idea and the other players will ask them yes or no questions or take guesses until they correctly figure it out!
- I Spy – If 20 Questions is too complicated for your child’s age, consider playing I Spy instead! This guessing game is great for younger children. Have one player find an object and say ‘I spy with my little eye’ followed by a clue about the object they found. The others can then take turns looking around and guessing what the item might be!
- License Plate Game – Keep everyone involved and paying attention by searching for license plates! Look at the plates of the vehicles that you pass on your trip and try to find ones from different states! Write down the states that you find and try to find one from all 50 states!
We hope that your upcoming road trip this summer is a blast! Give these games a try if you are looking to pass some time. If you are in the market for your next vehicle, be sure to stop by our dealership today or contact us with any questions!
